A collaborative, engaged approach
Space to slow down and reflect more deeply
Insight into patterns that keep repeating

Meet Elizabeth
Hi, I’m Elizabeth.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Columbus, Ohio, and I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults and couples who want more than just coping, they want deeper understanding and meaningful change.
Many of the people I work with are used to being the ones others rely on. They’re self-aware, capable, and doing well on the outside, but internally feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in ways that are hard to fully explain.
My approach is relational, engaged, and insight-oriented. I’ll help you slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to shift patterns that may have been in place for a long time.
I draw from approaches like Gestalt, attachment-based therapy and the Gottman Method, but more importantly, I tailor our work to you, your experiences, your relationships, and what you’re hoping to change.
Finding the right therapist matters, and it’s important that it feels like a good fit.
